Crowley’s is a boutique butchery located in Brighton, Victoria. Shane Crowley, the owner, had a refurbishment project in mind and came across our website whilst researching on the internet. Total Coolrooms were asked to submit a quote for the project which included a cool room and additional works to the retail area of the shop. Having completed similar projects for other butchers, we were able to show Shane examples of our workmanship by taking him to the Butchers Block in Fitzroy North, with the permission of the owner there.
Shane engaged Total Coolrooms to complete the project and the cool room was custom built to include a viewing window. This window allowed the quality meats to be displayed whilst maintaining the product temperature.
